Don't know if someone has had this issue prior, or can point me in the right direction.

I have an XPS 1647 with win 7 64. I installed skype about 2 weeks ago, and while playing Starcraft 2 I would group chat with other people.

Skype would take over the default speakers, which was my headset when plugged in. This would send SC2's sound to my laptop.

So skype coming through headset, SC2 through laptop. When I end the skype call, sound would revert to my headset. When I unplugged my headset, sound would revert to my regular speakers.

Well, for some odd reason now the computer acts like I always have a headset plugged in. So sound will not come out of my regular speakers. It will come out of my headset if I plug it in, but no where else.

Unless I turn on skype and make a call. Then the call will go to the headset and sound will once again come out of my speakers. I've tried everything, disable, re-enabled, re-installed drivers. Nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else had this problem before? How do I get sound to come out of my speakers again?
