So I'm about to order a couple machines, a XPS 16, a Studio 15, a Mini 10 (maybe 2), 2 21.5" monitors, and a backpack :D . So here's the issue: we have a credit account through the Small Business side of Dell, but the pricing tends to be better on the Home side...especially in the extra warranty pricing (accidental protection). Is this something that can be resolved with a live sales person. I mean it doesn't need to be exact but we're talking $4-500 it seems. But don't get me started on the lack of 9-12 months free financing that we don't see.

It's hard to tell exactly what the difference in price is because all needed options aren't available on the web ordering interface on either (but mostly biz) sites, so I'll likely have to call anyway.. But I could rant for weeks on the crappieness of Dell's ordering methodology, or lack of methodology I should say.

Anyway, I would think ordering in the neighborhood of $6000 of hardware should count for something, I mean it's not 300 seats but still, should get par for pricing.

    Thanks for any info.
