Call Dell. Ask them what their dead pixel policy is WRT your warranty. They may send someone, they may ask you to send it to them, they might seek to compensate you in another way, or lastly, they might say sorry can't do anything.

^^@OP how long have you had your lappy for? If it is new, I would definitely contact Dell. Your lappy's screen is what you are looking directly at, all the time.

Edit: Looks like you have a 3 year warranty, which I assume has OnSite service. They would prolly want to send a Tech. to replace the screen.

Here's a link to the pixel policy of Dell.
Dell LCD Display Pixel Policy | Dell

According to the policy, you're within the acceptable limits though.
On the other hand, I see in your signature you have 3 year Accidental Damage. In that case I don't think it will be an issue. As Cin' says, they'll probably send a tech over to replace your screen.

If you didn't already, try pushing the pixels in lightly but firmly with your favorite finger or thumb to see if they are just stuck pixels.

    ^ Try that.

If that doesn't work, call dell and demand a replacement screen. If they don't want to play ball, remind them with your warranty that they COULD be replacing more than a screen at their expense.
