    WOW I am impressed!

I got this system for a steel of a price, check these specs.

    2.2 Intel Core Duo
    4gb RAM
    320GB 7200RPM HD
    8600 GT
    LED Screen
    Intel N Wifi
    Bluetooth
    Vista Ultimate

All this costs me, $979 from the dell outlet store (after a 15% discount coupon).

My first impressions is that it looks brand spanking new! The only blemish is that near the power and multimedia buttons, there are some extremely faint almost invisible scratches. Other than that it's flawless. No dead pixels!

Speaking of which, WOW this LED screen is amazing! It's blindingly bright, crisp, colorful and good contrast.

In addition, the 320gb 7200RPM HD is fast!! much much faster than my desktop 120GB.

I'm very very happy with my purchase.

For those sitting on the fence about going refurb, don't even think about it. The money and time you save is worth it.

A refurb is a refurb. If I wanted a refurb, I would have gone with Dell outlet instead of buying brand new.

I got mine brand new with a faster processor, blu-ray, 3 year warranty and theft/accidental damage protection for $1460 and since just a blu-ray upgrade is $400 that doesn't seem like such a great deal to me unless you got a blu-ray drive too.

I hope so. I still hope it is a great deal by the time I finally get it.

What matters is, you got it, and your in the safe zone. Even if it were to suddenly die, 30% off is no joke either.

Yeah I think refurbs are great, my system is literally brand new because they sent out a "refurb" replacement for me and they had to build it. And when it came everything still had the wrapper on it and not a single scratch anywhere. So most likely brand new. And to top it off I got everything for about $800 in my sig.

Can someone tell me how to know if the screen is LED when searching for M1530 s in the outlet store? Would it say exactly LED in the specs? If so, I cannot find even one with LED listed and I want to make sure I am getting the best screen display. Thank you.
