I was having a motherboard replacement and 2 guys came the main tech and a trainee .
The trainee was being overshadowed but just watching him was unbearable. He was putting my case together backwards and couldnt figure it out even though a pre-k kid playing with blocks could. Next up was the main shocker the main tech told him install the LCD screen next, and he picked up the dvd drive  ......."Is this the screen"?......no comment.

He must be a new guy and I think they shouldn't let him touch the laptop, just look and let the technician work if he's not prepared.
I remember the first time i went with a technician to a customers house, he just sat there and made me change the motherboard and do almost everything, but I was prepared and quite skilled already :D

Shens. Not even a complete computer illiterate would confuse an lcd screen with a dvd drive.
