 After I noticed that the preloaded movie player Powerdvd 9.6 doesn't play any blu-ray movies,( it stops with the message " Powerdvd doesn't support this type of media") I called support this morning.
After 73 minutes on the phone and talking to 11! different agents I was told that they sorry that Powerdvd 9.6 sometimes will NOT play blu-ray movies.
I was told to go to the Powerdvd (eg Cyberlink) website and buy a recent version of the software. This will work for sure...
    Thank you Dell!!
I never experienced such an ridiculous answer. One software is included with a machine, if it doesn't work go buy yourself another!!
