A few days ago the headphones would not engage when plugged in. The sound continued through the external speakers. I spent an hour or so with Tech support and they ran me through a series of useless exercises including system restore and driver update. I got it to the point where if I restart the computer with the headphones plugged in they work....but if I plug the headphones in while the computer is on...they still do not engage.

We have XPS 9370 13" with Realtek 9370 and it says drivers are up to date. The option to restore to an earlier driver is greyed out.

I tried to do a search on this forum but I can't find the search button. :vbconfused:

    Updated: Fixed.

    Curious how you fixed it.
