    Sound scheme problem

    Hi, I m missing "default sound" option in my windows vista. there r only two options. one is No Sound and another is Ultimate Extras Pearl. how can i restore my default sound option as well as Glass and Tinker scheme which r already in media files in C drive?

    As a quick fix for the Tinker and Glass, you could just uninstall the update and then re-download it.

    As for the default option missing, not sure. You could try running this to make sure no system files are missing or corrupt:
