I'm planning to upgrade my M1330 to a T8300. The Dell service manual says I should replace the "thermal cooling pad." I don't find anything on the Dell parts website that matches that description. Questions:

Can I reuse the existing one?

If not, or if not advisable, where can I get a replacement?

    Thanks!

The thermal cooling pad is for the GPU.

    CPU's use thermal paste

OK, my error. I went back and re-read the SM. Looks like no new thermal cooling pad would be required if the cooling assembly comes out and goes back in as a unit, which I assume is the case if you are just taking that assembly out to get to the CPU socket. (Am I right?)
