    Studio XPS 13 Turns Off By Itself When Using Youtube Or Skype

    My Studio XPS 13 instantly shuts down when I watch videos on Youtube or use Skype.

    This happens whether it's on AC or battery power.

    Does anyone else have this problem?

    Sounds like it's overheating, maybe? Have you tried gaming to see if the same thing happens then?

    If you're not using Dell's video drivers, then try uninstalling the ones you're using and download and install the latest from Dell's support site ( http://support.dell.com).
