Has anyone heard if Dell will release the Studio XPS in a 15.4" size? I would love to see one in that size with a WXGA+ 1400x900 resolution. :D

To be honest the 16 isn't really much bigger then a 15.4 inch. If you could go to bestbuy and look for yourself youd see

They will not be, basically you'll see more and more companies moving to 16-inch to replace 15-inch because LCD manufacturers are forcing this upon them. Its more efficient and cost effective (less waste) to cut 16-inch glass.

I don't believe the size is what makes it more effecitient, but the aspect ratio. A 16" 16:9 is cheaper to make than a 15" 16:10 display. If there were a 15" 16:9 panel, it would be just as efficient, but there isn't one at the moment. I doubt Dell would release a new model for the old 16:10 format, si I don't think we will see an XPS 15
