    Hey guys,

So I pretty much had really no issues with my PC since I got it about a year ago, until yesterday.

I got a pop up message about a possible trojan on my computer (threatfire and a few others picked it up). So I immediately rebooted by computer into safe mode and am currently running a few programs to clean out and find any corrupted or malicious files.

One issue did occur though, my keyboard has ceased to function. My trackpad is perfectly fine and the computer works no problem with a USB keyboard.

I dual-boot Ubuntu and the keyboard does not function on that partition/OS either. This kind of leads me to believe that it might be hardware related but it is odd that the two issued occurred at the same time.

Reinstall of the OS and keyboard driver maybe? Not sure.

I work as a Genius at an Apple Store but PC's are not my domain lol

Any insight on to how I can get it working again would be must appreciated.
