    Hello all!

I bought my laptop in February of 2010, and the same 8 keys on the keyboard (the 6, the 7, the y, the u, the h, the j, the n, and the m keys) have consistently gone out for the past 2 years. Running diagnositcs, doing system restores and replacing my keyboard has never fixed the problem permanently. It only fixes the keys for as short as a week or as long as 3 months. The Dell Tech Team has replaced my keyboard 4 times already and is scheduled to replace it again next week.

My warranty expires tomorrow, but I'm worried that my keyboard will break again. I paid for a 2 year warranty, but no one has ever done anything to fix my computer permanently.

    Any advice and tips welcome!

    Thanks in advance!
