I have a new Studio xps 1640. when I look at the glass screen from the side it sticks out. You can push it back but when the labtop warms up then cools down the glass screen moves back out. This this a design flaw or it my labtop badly made? Would like to hear from other Studio xps 1640 owners
if they have the same problem.

    Thanks in advance

I believe it may be an issue with your system build. Mine is flush and snug. I don't know if the screws on the front are cosmetic or if they serve the function of keeping the glass down.
Perhaps you can find a tool that will work, it looks like a really small star shape. If not, I'd call Dell to come out and make things right.
