Anyone else experience a lot of problems connecting a bluetooth mouse?

I just got a Razer Orochi bluetooth mouse and it will connect and sometimes work then completely drop out and not respond at all. I've updated the bluetooth drivers on the laptop to the latest available from dell's website and updated the mouse software and firmware but its still barely staying connected for more than a few minutes.

    Any ideas?
