    Price is good but how are Dell's scratch & dents, anyone have experience with this? also, how are these items compared to refurb, there are several available at similar prices. TIA

    They are hit and miss, but the scratches and dents are usually confined to physical blemishes, dents, etc...

    I ordered a Dell Mini 10 scratch and dent and the case was chipped and the front bezel was warped.

    I ordered a Dell Studio 16 XPS scratch and dent and it looked brand new.

    If you don't care about physical imperfections or the chance thereof, go ahead and order.
