hi,
when i watching a blu-ray movie, it will not play smoothly, it will hang every 1minute when playing the movie, what is wrong ? does anyone have this problem ?

Worked for me. -
I had the same problem, but with DVDs. I didn't notice the issue with Blu-rays. Uninstalling Dell DataSafe (or clean install of Windows) fixed it for me.
