I am seriously so frustrated right now. My m,n,j,h,u,y,7,6,f7,f8 keys are all not working for the second time! I already had someone come out and replace my keyboard about a month ago and now it is happening again! I have to type this all with the virtual windows keyboard. I have heard one of the locks (scroll, num) causes this but I checked the registry and made sure both were off.

Is there any known solution to this? Or am I stuck waiting another month for my laptop to come back with a ANOTHER new keyboard?

Pull battery and A/C-adapter and hold the power key for like 10 seconds. Wire up again and boot. Maybe this helps?

That sucks! I had mine replaced about two months ago, and so far it's been working well. This is a serious design flaw.

I don't believe there is any other way to fix it, but to get another keyboard. I had a technician come to my house to do it. I think it's easier than to send your laptop away, if you're still under warranty. It took him about 20 minutes to do it.
