Just curious if anyone else is having this problem/glitch when I unplug the laptop from AC power and the screen brightness is turned up about more than 1 tick the screen turns really red and dark but then brightens up a second later. It seems odd that it turns mostly red and then back up to normal in a second.

    Let me know!

Sounds normal for the screen. When I rapidly lower the brightness, the screen changes tone for a split second and then changes back. Not really red but more like a warmer tone and then goes back to its regular color. Nothing to be really concerned about.

thanks for the quick replies. I thought it might be a problem with the screen itself
