    Hi,

I'll just say it short and quick:
Studio XPS 13 with NVIDIA motherboard (hybrid graphics Geforce 9400/9200 or GTS something or other)

Installing the nForce drivers 15.49 fails to install an unknown device "coprocessor". And when you try to manually point Windows to the driver location, installation fails due to "file not found" or similar.

SOLUTION: in the unpacked driver directory of the nForce package (usually located somewhere in C:\NVIDIA), in the SMU folder, modify smuc64.inf (probably without the 64 for a 32-bit Windows) line 25: rewrite the line without capital letters (so that the line reads "nvcosmu.dll=0" without quotes). This prevents the inf from installing the driver. You will have to accept an unsigned driver message because you "modded" the inf.
FUNNY TRIVIA: if you leave the inf unmodified, but try renaming the dll (capitalize it: "NVCOSMU.DLL", it won't install).

I give no warranty for this solution =), but it worked here and yes, I'm also surprised by this solution :) I hope this helps at least one person with this problem. Please know that there is also a fingerprint sensor driver that also comes up as a "coprocessor" device. If you have an "NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller" device, this is not for you.
