My M1330 has the infamous Nvidia GPU issue.
I'm also out side the 1 year extended GPU warranty.

I've emailed them already and they told me to go the extended warranty / replacement part route, (not gonna happen).

So now I'm waiting on an XPS tech chat window where I get to do the dance again.

Sooooo... while I'm waiting, does anyone have any tips/tricks or stories were dell actually pulled thru for you?

    -edit strike 2 :(

CSR Rep reiterated I was out of warranty and nothing could be done. I asked for a one time exception or transfer to a supervisor. CSR said the supervisor would say the same.

Dude, you didn't pay for extra warranty so it is normal to have a situation that you are facing. I paid $468 for a three-year extended warranty 2 1/2 years ago and got the current Studio XPS 16 as a surprising return...Sorry dude...
