Is it possible to just remove the RGBLED screen and Intel 5300 wifi card from a SXPS 1640 and put it in/on a SXPS 1645? Technically it should, but I just want to know it it will fit and stuff.

Also, would changing the screen require the mobo be removed?

Instead of getting Dell to send me new parts I'm just going to ask them to swap the parts from my old 1640.

I think they'd probably be compatible... but Dell apparently doesn't have an sxl1645 manual ready, so it's hard to say for sure... You can try it and tell us how it goes :p
