I have 80GB intel SSD as primary boot drive and 640GB as secondary hard drive.
When i installed OS first time after putting them in my system. I first made two partitions on SSD but system didn't create any reserved 100MB partition on SSD. As soon as i started making partitions on 640GB drive, system asked me first to make reserved partition and then i could continue to make more partitions.
So now i have my OS installed on SSD, while system reserved partition is on secondary hard drive.
How can i make this system reserved partition on my primary boot drive (SSD)????
PS: I have tried to remove hard disk and tried to install OS with ssd only in my system. But still it didn't make any system reserved partition when i created partitions.
PS: And one more weird thing... Now with my reserved partition on secondary hard dirve, when i install windows from DVD , i can boot with SSD set on 1st boot priority. But when i install windows from USB, i have to set secondary hard dive as 1st boot priority otherwise system just won't boot.

When installing Windows 7 remove all partitions from the target drive and hit next, it will make what it needs on it's own. Especially with an SSD so it can align the partitions.
