Here's the thing. I got my 1730 around one month ago. I play CoD4, CoDWAW, and FarCry2 recently. It seemed to me that the T8300 cpu usage is always very high in games.FarCry2, from 90% to up to 100%, CoD4 somtimes from 85% to 95%, fine in CoDWAT around 65%. I am not sure if it is a serious problem, I know it might cause a temp issue.
Anybody has the same expierence here? Any thought about how to fix it or it's just fine? BTW, I play games with 8700gt sli enabled, and I am using 178.26 from lpvideo2go.
    Thank you in advance!

I honestly wouldn't be surprised. Games, esp FPS, still require a fair amount of CPU power. Even with the graphics being handled by the video card, the processor has to send data to the video card. And the processor still has all the AI processing, path finding, etc.

I noticed this issue in my 1330's T8300 even when I'm just playing Counter Strike. I don't think it's a serious problem although I did reapply the thermal paste because I don't think the foam they use is very effective, should only be a minor concern though.
