    1-his type & manufactures of Media "CD-DVD" which using to burn your data
    2- success / fail "fail problem if known"
    3- Best media "name+manufacture"
    4- cd-r or dvd-r or ?

    download this tool to know the name of your Optical drive and the manufacture of thr media
