I have the latest 270.61 drivers. Laptop was fine until this morning. I think I know what the problem is. Using Nvidia inspector I can see that the GPU is not downclocking itself. It stays at full speed even though there's nothing obvious that may be pushing it (GPU load is at 0%). The GPU was working fine until last night. The only thing I installed that may be causing this is that I downloaded and Installed Steam and Metro 2033 yesterday.
