Okay, i made up my mind to purchase a Dell Studio XPS 1640 [ATI HD4670]
(Heat should not be a problem since i already own a Zalman ZM-2000 Notebook Cooler)

    The final specs are:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo P8600
    RAM: 4096 MB
    HDD: 500 GB 7200 RPM
    Display: 16" 1920x1080p RGB-LED

Price tag: 13,160 NOK, 1534,46 Euro or 2208,9 USD on Dell.no

Thanks to 5150Joker awesome Dell SXPS 1640 User's Tread and Skraeling for advice and cool Youtube vids.

    Thanks for the info. :)

Here's the specification i had in mind:

CPU: Intel C2D P8600 (The T9600 brings the costs to high i think)

OS: It would be best if i could get the Dell SXPS 16 without OS, but i guess you need to "buy" the Vista Home Premium. :p

MS Office: Dont need that or Works suite.

    Display: 16" RGB-LED 1920x1080p

RAM: 4096 MB should be more than enough

    HDD: 500 GB 7200 RPM

Optical Drive: Got a PS3 so dont think i need the Bluray drive

Wi-Fi: Should i get the Intel Link 5300 card?

And last only need 1 year guarantee on it, or else it gets too expensive. :(

The price, 13,160 NOK or 1534,46 Euro (2208,9 USD)
Thats with taxes and stuff i think.

My new 1640 is on the way. I am replacing a 1530. Looking forward to the extra speed and graphics.
