    Hi guys,

I own both an XPS 13 9360 and a 15 9550, and Thunderbolt 3 is broken on both. I just bought a Dell TB16 dock, which I can't get to work.

Both laptops are on Windows 10 Creators Update (build 1703) with latest BIOS and Thunderbolt drivers installed. Thing is, if I go to "Settings" on Thunderbolt then "Details", the "Driver version" is "Unknown". I also can't update it, as it tells me that I need to install the driver first, so I think somehow Thunderbolt is not detected. I don't think it's dead, since I have this issue on both of my XPS...

Also, plugging in the Dock doesn't change anything. Power button of the dock doesn't do anything, the light on the cable (Thunderbolt side, AC is fine on the dock) stays off, it's not charging the laptop as it should, it only shows itself as a "USB Hub" on Windows...

Anyway. Is there an issue where you can't get Thunderbolt to work on latest Windows 10/BIOS ? I knew that TB16 had issues but heard it was fixed with latest BIOS... And even if it's not, I should be able to update the Thunderbolt firmware, at least...

    Any tips ? Thanks ! :)
