    Hi,
I'm using a M1330. Nothing really to complain except that when I hold my screen on a certain area the plastic kind of bulges in but it's fine.

The only thing that really bothers me is that I can't customize the touch sensitive media buttons. The Volume Up and Volume Down are way too slow, meaning: I have to touch the buttons about a billion time to get a change in volume.
Any way I can change this?

I've tried Dell's QuickSet program but there doesn't seem to be the option to change anything.

    Help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Nope, there is no option to change sensitivity, I know what you mean. INstead of tapping the buttons, its just easier to hold your finger down on them.

You have to contact Dell Spare Parts, or just Live Chat with sales to get the part number to order the part.

You've got to be kidding me. How can there NOT be a way to change this. Ugh, it's almost unusable tbh.
I save more time by just using my mouse.
I guess it would've been better if the volume buttons weren't touch sensitive.

'neways, thanks for clearing this up
