When I'm using IE the horizontal scroll is fine.. when I use any other programs, Firefox, Photoshop, etc. horizontal scroll never works.

Vertical is fine, but should I call Dell and have them replace the trackpad? Sounds like it's defective?

I bought it back in April, with 3 year at-home and 3 year Complete Care.
