I haven taken the hard drive out of my laptop and connected it to my other computer using an external connector. The reason I did this is because I cannot boot it up without getting the BSOD of death. I thought the BSOD was due to the hard drive not having enough memory left so I deleted some files and that didn't fix the BSOD on boot. So now, I'm stuck here (click). My question is can I just delete all those files and download a Windows 7 .ISO file and place it in there and boot/install from it?

You can backup your files, download the .iso file and burn it to a disk, or use a USB, and reinstall Windows. However, how far does it go before it blue screens?
