    Turbo boost broken on A03 bios

    Hi.

    My turboboost has been acting very weird since i installed the A03 bios.
    I used to score 15s on superpi 1M but after the A03 bios it has gone up to 20seconds.

    I launched CPUz to check while running superpi and noticed it was clocking from 1.6ghz - 2.8 ghz, where as before (on A00) it would be between 2.6-2.8ghz during load.

    What's going on?
