Whenever I plug in my ipod touch it says that it's not connected to the fastest usb port available... anyone else had this problem? I have m1530 and all my drivers should be up to date

I have this (sometimes) on my desktop pc and my m1340. Sometimes there's no issue, and the speed seems the same nevertheless... Both are running win7
