This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     SO I've had my phone on charge all day, I take it off, and it hasn't charged at all.

    I plug it into my other laptop just to check and see if it's the cable, and within 15 minutes it has jumped a full bar.

    So I guess I'll have to call Dell. sigh.

    Does the phone show a charging indicator when plugged into that port?
