    I just got my laptop and I love it but I really think I should get Montenova. The only thing is, do you think I can get somewhere near the specs in my sig for less then 1400$ after tax? if not then I'm not going to but if I can I think I might get a refund.

    We dont even know *yet* if Dell plans to refresh the M1530 or scrap the line..

    Waiting for upcoming technologies to buy is rather pointless considering the rate of advancement of laptop technology... and honestly the CPU that you have is ripped as it is.

    Don't bother upgrading unless you want to burn cash (if that's the case, I'll be happy to take your old laptop). XPS will continue, I don't believe the refresh will happen this month though. You can hope for August though.
