Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have any idea as to what may be the cause?

I'm able to post the advertisement using my other laptop with Windows XP SP3.

I reset IE 9 but it did not fix the problem.

    Thanks

Have you tried compatibility view in the address bar or under the tools option in IE9?

Thanks for the suggestion; because of this suggestion I found out it was the "Content Filters" in IE9 found in the right of the address bar shown as a circle with a line through it.
