While trying to resolve a driver issue with a wireless USB mouse, I accidentally uninstalled the driver for the webcam on my Dell XPS M1530 laptop.

Windows 7 Professional (installed) now tells me that it doesn't have a driver for it, even though it configured the driver when I installed Windows.

So I visited Dell's website, downloaded the driver and tried to install it. I then got a message saying that the current driver was newer than the one I was now trying to install. Even if I press ahead and try to install, the installation fails.

Can anyone tell me how to get my webcam up and running again?
