Why does it stand up like that? Copy of apple packaging
-
I don't like it. I mean, it looks cool when its closed. Similar looking to a macbook air...but I don't like the way it looks open.
-
YEA, the stand up thing might be the only thing that can make me stop buying it
-
Stand up thing is nice but how are you supposed to use it on the lap?
-
You definitely can't game on that ..
-
I dunno why it's an XPS, aren't XPSs Extreme Performance Systems? This should be more of an XSS, extreme style system. -
Agreed that the Adamo is really just a glamour pet for the XPS line. I have another acronym for XPS relating to the Adamo...X-Treme Piece of S***. hehe
Some Grade-A Twit at Dell thought it was a good idea to compete with Apple in creating a laptop that was pretty and attractive, but let's look at the internals and THAT'S where Dell should have left well enough alone and concentrated their efforts in sporting a say, XPS 17? I know, i know, Alienware has something like that, but think about it...An XPS 17 that supports two HDDs and have the same great performance of an XPS 16. Just my opinion of course...everyone is entitled to a little foofoo in their laptop so I'll stick with my XPS 16. -
It's sexy because it's slim. But design wise, I think I prefer my Studio XPS 13 over it. They completely ruined the great idea of a slim sexy notebook with the stupid way it opens.
-
What a nice piece of furniture they got there. It makes me want to go buy a lamp or something.
-
I don't know why they made it open like that.. its not attractive or functional
-
DESIGN is want makes us want to buy
-
Must say its looks a nice rig but sure hell not shelling out for one. -
Fail much?
Like someone said, that is not lap-friendly at all.

I thought it looked nice when it wasn't open and then when she opened it I was like "eurgh, who the hell would want that!?"
