    Undervolting Xps 1645 processor and gpu

    Has anyone tried undervolting any of these items? i have been thinking of doing it so at the laptop doesnt run so hot and not having the fan always accelerating to cool the system down and to also save battery.

    In case you did, post what programs you used to undervolt these and the values you undervolted them

    Pretty sure undervolting the i7 cpus is impossible because Intel doesn't publish anything to tell developers how to control voltage on them.

    Don't know about GPU, but would love to hear there are options.
