    Either card reader or bluetooth i reckon. Had the same situation when installing win7 the other day

    Have a look at the device id code in hardware id in device manager , copy and paste it into google , or just paste it here.

    I have Bluetooth installed. What card reader? SD card reader works.

    VEN_1180 is the Ricoh card reader. Install the drivers from Dell.

    I just did a clean format. You really should just install every hardware driver off Dell's website regardless of windows 7 installing them.

    I did that and I had zero unknown devices.
