Dell makes it hard to find these on their sites. You have to click the Next button to see more than the four laptops presented on their site. The XPS 13 comes with the IRS 540 graphics and 16GB RAM. The XPS 15 has 32GB RAM and up to a 1 TB drive.

I'm leaning towards ordering the XPS 15. It has memory it lists it as:

32GB DDR4-2133MHz; up to 32GB (additional memory sold separately)

Is the memory on the 15 soldered on like the 13?

XPS 13 will get a very decent GPU performance boost,
XPS 15, however, all of this upgrades you can do them yourself, most likely even cheaper than Dell.

Umm, the "newer" version of the XPS 13 is out now for a couple of weeks i think. Only change was the option for the Iris 540 afaik.

in addition to the IRIS 540, there's also the newer i7-6560U cpu, 16GB RAM, and the faster NVMe PCIe SSD, with a 1TB option.
