    Hello all,
    just wanted to see if any of the Windows 7 beta testers using the XPS m1530 have tried the prerelease software by Upek for the fingerprint reader.
    I have been using if for about month now and would definitely recommend you download the new software and use it with windows 7.
    The main reason is that it recognized fingerprints much better, no more swiping 3 times to log in. I can log in with one swipe almost every time. I mean 9/10 times i can log in w/ just one swipe, much better than before.
    I can't believe that it was the software before that made logging in w/ the fingerprint reader such a hassle that I stopped using it altogether. I just thought that the fingerprint reader was crappy. Anyways, definitely try out the new Upek Software if you are using their fingerprint readers in any of your laptops.
