    No, your stuck with the current graphics chip. They are not upgradeable in dell.

    I can't speak for the HDD but I installed the following about 30 minutes ago:

    Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory - Retail

    It only registers as 3.25 GB of RAM but it beat the 512MB in had yesterday...

    I've had the following for over a year w/o a problem:

    Western Digital Scorpio WD3200BEVT 320GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Notebook Hard Drive - OEM

    I got both from NewEgg...
