I bought the Dell XPS 15 R2 - L502x a little while ago. I have had problems with the keyboard flexing and while playing games the computer freezing up and constantly playing a noise when it does so. This new xps 15 look really cool. Do you think dell would let me send this laptop back and upgrade to the new one, paying the difference. Or maybe they would just give me the new one since I have problems with this one. Worth a shot :)

No, your computer has to be repaired 3 times for same issue in order to process a replacement, since they have dozen refur XPS 15 in their warehouse. You have no hope for the new one
