I have the original studio xps 16 (core 2 duo) with Windows 7. Recently I have noticed something really strange when I have my AC adapter plugged in. I get strange vertical bars when my laptop first boots up, then I noticed that whenever I'm playing a video with a black background, it will show up as grayish and the vertical black flickering bars will show up. As soon as I unplug the AC adapter, the bars dissapear and the grayish area goes back to being black. Please help?
