    When i was searching for my vista disc I found it broken in the living room on the couch and I also lost the cd-key for it. If I call dell will they send me another one with the cdkey without me paying for another one? The vista disc came with my laptop when I bought it and I still have Complete Care, Next Business Day Support, and XPS Technical Support.

    In the XPS line you have one chance of getting all the software that came with the laptop. You can email them of your dilemma. They did give me the loader disc when I asked for it.

    This sucks I called dell about this and they didnt give me one chance. They expected me to pay $10.99 for it. I bought my m1710 in 2007 with vista ultimate for $3,500 with all the warranty and this is what I get. Dell sucks.

    They said its damaged and they cant replace it when I called them and use the live chat. Where is the link for online form? I cant find it anywhere here.
