So now that I got my HDMI hookup play nice with my new external monitor, I'm wondering if I can have the text size different on the laptop's screen than on the external monitor.

I understand that I can't run them as dual monitors with different text sizes, but is there any way to have small text size when my external monitor is plugged in, and medium text size on my LT's screen when there is no external monitor plugged in?

I'm talking about the "personalize" settings of Win7 where I can set the "text and other things" size to small med, and large. Med is just right for the 16" LT screen. Small is just right for the 23" exteral screen.

My guess is that the answer for me is no... but I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised.

    Thanks!
