I just pulled the trigger on an L702x through Dell Outlet. I need help finding the right part number or a seller of the alleged-to-exist “TV tuner service kit” that includes the tuner card, antenna lead and rear port plastic bezel with hole.

I found some info in this thread on page 275:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/dell-xps-studio-xps/562138-dell-xps-17-l702x-thread-275.html

The dell kit part number is mentioned as 4C72K. However, that appears to be the part number specific to the TV tuner card. The tuner card is an AVerMedia H339.

A couple of people asked where to buy one but no one in the subsequent few pages responded. Being that the thread is now 569 pages, I do not want to read through the whole thing.

I’ve googled it and checked on eBay with few results.

I found one here, but it looks like the wrong antenna pigtail:
    Avermedia H339 Hybrid Analog/DVB-T TV Tuner Card (DP/N: DRVW7)

It also has a different part number on the tuner card.

The correct antenna pigtail appears to be PN: 0FYKT1 or FYKT1

Any help finding a seller of the correct Dell kit will be greatly appreciated.

The XPS I ordered from Dell Outlet ended up turning into a fiasco. They shipped it with the wrong LCD screen, a standard HD instead of full HD. They then sent out a tech to replace it. When he was done, there were three extra screws, many of the plastic pieces didn’t fit together properly and as an added bonus, a piece of his hair (long, ponytail hair) got wedged between the two plastic pieces that consist of the laptop body.

Long story short, I sent it back before I had a chance to research the TV tuner card more thoroughly.

If you do find the correct kit, please post the part number and price in here for future XPS owners.
