Just got this laptop. Has decent build quality from what I can tell. Had to already take off the keyboard to relay the cables, but otherwise pretty impressed with the machine.
My question is, when I went to adjust the keyboard, I noticed that it had a bluetooth adapter in it!! Something not listed on the invoice, but it was unplugged. Plugged it in and no joy. Swapped it out for another 355 I had around and everything works great.
Can I get Dell to replace the card? I mean it was in the original build and they just didn't feel like replacing it during the refurb? Also, why is there a 1-2 week wait for a new 355?

That was probably why the laptop was a refurb in the first place. They won't replace the card but it can't harm tp try!

Dell will only replace what is listed on the invoice for that system, nothing more, nothing less.
Since you said it was not listed on the invoice, more than likely you cannot get it to be replaced. -
Yea. I figured as much, so I just ordered a new one and I'll send the defective one back for a refund.
Weird, but good M1330 Refurb
