    First off, Taruian >> I would recommend that its better for you to continue this issue in your Previous Thread and dont start a new one, which in itself has been discussed widely... and also people who want to understand what the problems was, how was it being dealt with and so on, its better to continue in your other thread..... the one with something like "do you call em a defect" or similar..

    In your case, unless you have it fixed at home / on site, most probably you will get a refurb system only, as per dell' universal policy.. but u cud try / ask / beg for a new replacement, but I have no idea if you will be able to get one.
